Bringing a wealth of experience exceeding 10 years in Indirect Taxation. He initiated his independent practice in 2011, specializing in Service Tax and Central Excise. Since 2017, he has seamlessly extended his proficiency to include GST.

Mr. Bhavesh Mistry – Partner

Ms. Shrutika Zagde – Partner
Boasting a professional journey spanning over a decade in Indirect Taxation and an additional four years focusing on Direct Taxation. Her experience includes serving as an assistant to the General Manager at a listed NBFC, where she diligently analyzed reports and managed MIS. Prior to co-founding Solution Torrent, she contributed over four years to prestigious Chartered Accountancy firms. Since 2011, she has been immersed in the practice of Service Tax, VAT, and Central Excise, with a seamless transition into GST.Since 2017, following the initiation of the GST regime, she has led the GST department, actively engaging in GST trainings and conducting impact assessments for clients across diverse industries.
